Civil Service Commission President, Dr. Aly Shameem had met with the Councillors of Thaa Atoll Guraidhoo today at the Civil Service Commission.
During the meeting, Guraidhoo Councillors discussed developmental plans and efforts by the council and shared their concerns about the most pertinent issues, including difficulties due to the shortage of employees in the council also concerns on finding training and development programs to the staffs.
Regarding the issues raised by the Councillors, Dr. Aly Shameem stated that the Commission would take necessary action after discussing with finance ministry to address the specific issues and concerns.
Dr. Shameem assured the Councillor’s that the Commission would work towards addressing the issues shared during the meeting by co-ordinating with stakeholder institutions.
